1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "glparty", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the glparty online gaming platform accessible at glparty.club and its operating entity.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the glparty platform.
• "Platform" refers to the glparty website, all game content, payment systems, account management tools, and associated services available at glparty.club.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by a player on the glparty platform.
• "Real Money Gaming" refers to any game or wager placed using a funded PHP balance on the glparty platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing lawful gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the glparty platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the glparty Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the glparty platform and must not register an account.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and participation in real money gaming on the glparty platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the glparty platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of glparty or any of its software or service providers.

glparty reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a valid Philippine government-issued ID) at any time to confirm compliance with the eligibility requirements above. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals that cannot be substantiated as legitimately won funds.

4. Account Registration

To access real money gaming services on glparty, you must create a registered account. You agree that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number — is accurate, current, and complete.
• Each player may maintain only one (1) glparty account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your glparty login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• You will notify glparty immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat at glparty.club.
• glparty reserves the right to refuse any registration, close any account, or refuse service at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such decision.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the glparty platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to the availability of each method at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the player requests otherwise and glparty approves an alternative method in writing.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. glparty reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• glparty will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All funds must be returned to an account or wallet in the name of the registered glparty player.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 6 below and in the applicable promotion terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

glparty offers various promotions, bonuses, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. glparty reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, payment method, or device, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) specified in the individual promotion terms before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• glparty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing, exploiting, or manipulating the glparty bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or other fraudulent means — will have their account permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the glparty platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for table and slot games, and via live video streams for live dealer games. By playing any game on glparty, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each game are as published within the game itself and on the glparty platform. In the event of any discrepancy, the game software result shall be considered final.
• glparty's decisions regarding disputed game outcomes are final and binding, subject only to the appeal mechanisms available through PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to play games or interact with the glparty platform on your behalf.
• Technical malfunctions during a game session — including disconnections from live dealer streams — may result in a game being voided. In such cases, glparty will endeavour to restore your balance to the state it was in immediately prior to the malfunction, but cannot guarantee this in all circumstances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the glparty platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account on glparty.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a glparty account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated play intended to defraud glparty or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the glparty platform for any purpose that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing glparty staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the glparty platform or its game software.

9. Responsible Gaming

glparty is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. The platform provides the following tools for all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion directly from their account settings or by contacting glparty support via live chat. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

10. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any glparty content without prior written authorisation from glparty.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, glparty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service.

glparty does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the glparty platform at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, subject to any applicable dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR.

13. Amendments

glparty reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the glparty platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file.
